The
practice has a wealth of experience in dealing with various building
types from new build to the improvement, alteration and modernisation
of existing buildings.
Mark is the founding partner of the practice and a Chartered Building Surveyor with over 25 years experience in all aspects of surveying.
Mark is an associate member of the RICS and a member of the Institution of CDM Co-ordinators. He manages the practice, oversees projects and maintains direct contact with all Clients.
Richard is a Chartered Building Surveyor who has worked both in private practice as well as in Housing Association development. Richard also has over 10 years experience acting as Employers Agent for a number of Clients on all sizes and types of projects. Richard is also a BRE Licensed Ecohomes Assessor.
Now a Director at Rund Partnership Ltd Richard also oversees projects.
Paul is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor who became an associate member of the RICS in 1991. Paul has a wealth of experience and has previously been employed by both professional private practices and developers. His duties include preparing Cost Plans, Budget Estimates, obtaining and reporting on Tenders, preparing Bills of Quantities and general Quantity Surveying duties and working as an Employers Agent.
As well as having worked as a Building Surveyor on a wide range of projects for both Local Authorities and Housing Associations, Martha also has 10 years social housing development experience as a Project Manager. Also qualified as a BRE Licenced Code for Sustainable Homes Assessor, Martha now heads up the Sustainability Team.
Toby is a Managing Building Surveyor who has over 10 years of experience within the construction industry and is aiming to gain Chartered status with the RICS in 2009.
Toby has worked as Contract Administrator on both new build and refurbishment projects from inception to completion predominantly delivered within the residential and public sectors. His experience of professional services include Party Walls, cost advice and Condition Surveys and carrying out partnering advisory roles as well as working as Employers Agent on a wide variety of schemes.
Zen joined the practice more than 20 years ago in 1988 and is a Chartered Building Surveyor with over 30 years experience.
Zen has worked as Project Surveyor for Southampton University Hospital to maintain all roofs at Southampton General, St Marys and Royal South Hants Hospital and has project managed complex re-modelling schemes of healthcare accommodation for Portsmouth PCT.
Stuart is a Chartered Building Surveyor who has a wide range of experience which includes undertaking Contract Administration and Project Management roles on refurbishment and new build projects within the residential, industrial and commercial sectors.
Stuart is also experienced in working as Employers Agent on a wide variety of schemes.
Nigel is a Building Surveyor with more than 20 years experience on Building Surveying projects which include large scale refurbishments and disabled adaptations for supporting people in the community. Nigel has experience in cost monitoring and control, Cost Analysis, Tender evaluation and Contractor selection and is also experienced in working as Employers Agent on a wide variety of schemes. Nigel is also an experienced Party Wall Surveyor.
Peter is a Senior Project Surveyor/CDM Co-ordinator with more than 20 years experience in the construction sector, 11 of which were spent within the social housing environment. Peter has extensive knowledge of building pathology and refurbishments and is a qualified Health & Safety professional and is also experienced in working as Employers Agent on a wide variety of schemes.
Nick joined the firm in March 2007 as Senior Residential Surveyor and as a Domestic Energy Assessor. He qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1982 before moving to Australia where he became Associate Director, Commercial City Sales for a major Australian company. He has also owned and run two separate businesses outside of the surveying profession.
Nicks key responsibilities at Rund Partnership Ltd include undertaking RICS Homebuyer Reports/Valuation and co-ordinating a high volume of Energy Performance Certificates handled by the firm.
As a BRE Licenced EcoHomes and Code for Sustainable Homes Assessor Clare has now worked for several years in advising Clients, from Developers to Housing Associations, on achieving the necessary requirements for sustainability on residential developments.
