Our business

The company was established on 1st April 1987 as the Gorham Rund Partnership by Mark Rund and John Gorham, both Chartered Building Surveyors, who had experience of working in the public and private sectors.   John left the practice and in January 2003 Mark changed the name to Rund Partnership Ltd, however, this was merely a name change with all other particulars remaining as before and staff members and clients staying with the practice.

In February 2004 Richard Mussell joined the company becoming a Director in August 2004. Since joining the practice Richard has sustained growth both in terms of our staffing levels and new clients in setting up the Sustainability Department.  In June 2010 we opened our London office to provide a service for the increasing number of London clients.
