Rund Partnership Ltd were appointed in 2007 to act as Employers Agent and CDM Co-ordinator for the development of 2 No. houses for rent, funded with Housing Corporation grant. The homes achieved an 'Excellent' EcoHomes rating as advised by Rund Partnership Ltds Sustainability Team using high levels of insulation and solar hot water.
