Rund Partnership Ltd were appointed in 2007 to act as Employers Agent and CDM Co-ordinator for the development of 2 No. houses for rent, funded with Housing Corporation grant. The homes achieved an 'Excellent' EcoHomes rating as advised by Rund Partnership Ltds Sustainability Team using high levels of insulation and solar hot water. Rund Partnership Ltd were appointed to provide Employers Agent services to the A2 Housing Association, as well as undertaking the EcoHomes assessment on this scheme. This is a flagship EcoHomes 'Excellent' development which Rund Partnership Ltd worked on very efficiently to ensure a high quality build using renewable energy in the form of solar collectors.
