Rund Partnership Ltd were engaged by Interserve Project Services Limited to deliver a programme of maintenance works for the countys Primary Care Trust National Health Service. From a number of health centres and hospitals across the region we provided full Building Surveying services. The scope of the work ranged from feasibility studies, internal redecorations and new floor coverings, upgrading fire compartments, design compliance with the Disability Discrimination Act 1995, refurbishment of public spaces including general external/internal building works. We interpreted individual Client briefs from each premises and liaised with local Councils and statutory bodies to ensure all maintenance works complied with current standards and the Trusts strict Health and Infection Control Regulations.
