Rund Partnership Ltd were appointed in 2007 to carry out stock renewals to Hyde Housing properties. This included stock condition surveys of existing properties to determine what kitchens required renewal. Rund Partnership Ltd acted as Designer and Contract Administrator with a Contract Sum of approximately £250,000.00 under the JCT Minor Works Contract.
