Rund Partnership Ltd were appointed in 2008 to act in a Building Surveying capacity for Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Trust. Our service was to provide a concise report on the condition of 228 No. timber sash windows and 25 No. external doors to a property known as Ramsey House, which is a small part of a larger building stock portfolio. The Condition Survey was included as part of the Trusts planned maintenance works and also highlighted key areas for short to long term works.
