Rund Partnership Ltd were appointed in 2004 to act as Project
Managers for the design and provision of a temporary Community Health Centre at
Rowner, Gosport to allow the existing permanent Health Centre to be demolished
and rebuilt. The provision of the
temporary facility, on local parkland was extremely fast track, with the
relocation date being rigidly fixed at the outset. The project was delivered, and users moved in, on the
originally set target date.
In 2008, we were again appointed as Project Managers to
relocate the building from Rowner to a site in Basingstoke. Once again a very short development
programme provided the focus for the original Project Team, and again the
building was occupied on its target date.
Dear all, I am very pleased to tell you that the
temporary Health Centre opened this morning on time and fully ready for
business, in what was an extremely smooth move. First patients seem delighted with the facility especially
the spacious car park. All systems
were up and running and with the exception of one chair nothing was broken or
lost. A big thanks goes to all the
staff who came in over the weekend and to those partners who were also roped
