Project Overview
The project comprises of the extension and complete refurbishment of 18 No. bungalows, including substantial improvements to the external environment.
Works commenced on site in June 2008 and are phased to allow for decanting arrangements of existing residents. Works are due to complete in late 2009.
The value of the works are approximately £1.3M and carried out under JCT 2005 Intermediate Form of Contract.
