Rund Partnership Ltd were appointed in 2007 to act as Employers Agent for Talisman Homes (Bloomsbury) Ltd for the design and build of 23 No. houses and flats for private sale. The scheme has been designed to satisfy the requirements of EcoHomes and Secured By Design.
The project is valued at approximately £2M procured under the JCT Design and Build 2005 Form of Contract consisting of three phases over a period of 49 weeks.
