Project Overview
The project comprises of the demolition of 100 No. bungalows and the design and build of 189 No. new flats, houses and bungalows. Properties for demolition are spread across a large estate and in many cases are currently occupied.
The project is valued at approximately £21M and is procured under JCT Design and Build 2005 Form of Contract.
The project is to be undertaken in a number of phases that are carefully co-ordinated to accommodate decanting arrangements for existing tenants.
Site work commenced in late 2009 and the project is due to complete in the Summer of 2012.
