Rund Partnership Ltd were appointed in 2007 to act as Employers Agent for Atlantic Housing Ltd in the construction of 149 No. flats and houses for Shared Ownership and Rented tenure. The development is part of a Section 106 Agreement to provide affordable housing to the local community.
The project is valued at approximately £11M procured under the JCT Design and Build 1998 Form of Contract, consisting of 7 phases for Barratt David Wilson and 13 phases for Bovis Homes.
