Our team of experienced Employers Agents undertake the role of contract administration on many forms of Building Contracts. They monitor costs, programmes and quality on site to ensure the project is delivered to the Clients requirements.
We liaise closely with our Clients as Employers Agent on the feasibility of new projects right through to completion. Schemes range from small minor works projects through to complex design multi million pound developments.

Carrying out Contractual Administration including, for example, issuing of Project Change Orders and Notices

Advising on workmanship disputes

Undertaking snagging and re-inspections prior to completion to ensure a quality product is produced
