Health & Safety / CDM

We believe that health and safety are one of the main issues during both the design and construction stages of any project.

The in-house team of CDM Co-ordinators at Rund Partnership Ltd have been involved with the CDM Regulations since they came into force. Between them they have been involved with projects as diverse as small refurbishments through to major commercial developments.

Rund Partnership Ltd provides all the following services to comply with the legislation:

• Notification of the project to the local Health & Safety Executive
• Advise on the competence and resources of appointed Designers and Contractors
• Co-ordinate design work, planning and other preparation for construction where relevant to health & safety
• Attendance at Design Team Meetings
• Preparation of pre-construction information
• Advise on the suitability of the Principal Contractors Construction Health & Safety Plan
• Health & Safety inspection (if required)
• Co-ordination, compilation, completing and updating the Health & Safety file
