Richard Mussell BSc Hons, Dip Surv, MRICS

Richard is an experienced chartered building surveyor who has been working in the construction industry since 1993. He has worked in private practice in the commercial and residential sectors as a building surveyor and employer's agent as well as having over 5 years experience working as a development project manager within a Housing Association.  

Richard is experienced in acting as employer's agent for a large number of clients on all sizes and types of projects. As Director, he oversees projects, directly manages the Major Projects team and heads up our London office. 

When he is not working, Richard keeps himself active running, hillwalking and on the golf course.
