Paul Deakin BSc MRICS

Paul is a chartered quantity surveyor who became an associate member of the RICS in 1991. He has a wealth of experience in both the commercial and residential sectors and as well as working for private practice he has also worked directly for developers and contractors.   

Paul heads up the Major Projects team, reporting to our Director, Richard Mussell and he is very much hands on in running projects and carrying out the role of cost consultant to a range of clients.   

 When not at work he enjoys playing five a side football and going on country walks in the New Forest, where he lives.
