Toby Connis Dip BSc Hons

Toby heads up the building surveying team, having worked in construction since 1998.  He is experienced in all aspects of surveying on both new build and refurbishment projects in the residential, education, health and commercial sectors.

Toby also is an experienced party wall surveyor and has over the years carried out condition surveys with recommendations and costings  as well as provided partnering advisory roles as an employers agent on a wide variety of schemes. 

In his spare time he likes watching films and keeping fit by running.
