Zen Flis MRICS

Zen joined Rund Partnership when the practice was set up in 1987  and is our longest serving staff member.  He is an extremely experienced building surveyor, having qualified and gained chartership in 1972.  With decades of experience in the industry he has worked on all types of buildings for the commercial, residential and industrial sectors.

Zen has also worked on hostels and supported housing schemes and in the health and education sectors, for example maintaining all the roofs at Southampton General, St Marys and Royal South Hants Hospitals.  In 2011 he was seconded to the University of Southampton for 3 months working within the Facilities Management team.   

He enjoys playing badminton to keep fit and is a keen fan of science fiction, both books and films.
