Peter Smith BSc ICIOB RMaPS SIIRSM Tech IOSH

Peter is a senior CDM Co-ordinator and project surveyor who has worked in construction since 1989, 11 years of which have been spent working directly within the social housing sector. He has an extensive knowledge of building pathology, diagnosing building defects and health and safety being a registered CDMC with the Association for Project Safety (APS). 

Peter has had experience from all sides of the industry as a contractor, client and employers agent and so has a complete understanding of all the project team members requirements. 

He is an experienced skier, having skied in most countries in Europe and also enjoys playing golf, although he requires rather more practice!
