Nick Brereton MRICS

Nick qualified as a chartered surveyor in 1982 and has lived in Australia where he worked as an associate Director in commercial city sales for a major Australian company before going on to run his own business. 

Nick joined Rund Partnership in March 2007 and has since also qualified as a Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA). HIs key responsibilities include undertaking RICS Homebuyer reports,  carrying out commericial dilapidations and condition surveys and co-ordinating a high volume of Energy Performance Certificates.

In his spare time Nick enjoys country walks and cycling.
