Rob Neilson Dip HI AssocRICS MICWCI

Rob joined the company in July 2004, having previously worked as a maintenance surveyor for a Housing Association.  He is a key member of the team working as a skilled clerk of works, having achieved membership of the Institute of Clerk of Works and Construction Inspectorate in 2010 and associate membership of the RICS in 2011.  

Rob's duties also include contract administration, defect analysis and carrying out site inspections on a wide range of new build and refurbishment schemes in the residential, commercial, health and education sectors ensuring a high quality finish is achieved. 

He is a keen Formula 1 fan, however, it has to be said that you couldn't wish for a safer driver!
