Aftercare Administrator

We are looking for an enthusiastic Aftercare Administrator to join our team in Southampton. As a member of our highly regarded Aftercare team, you will liaise with residents to understand potential defects in their homes and work closely with colleagues and contractors to ensure the swift delivery of effective resolutions.

As a centralised role, you will work across the company to support colleagues, clients, and residents within a broad portfolio of projects and play an instrumental role in our overall business operations.

The right individuals will:
  • Be experienced working in an office environment
  • Hold strong IT skills in Microsoft platforms including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Be able to demonstrate a polite, tactful, and calm telephone manner
  • Be able to effectively follow processes, multitask and manage workload
  • Be a team player and keen to support colleagues
Job summary
  • Logging items onto Excel spreadsheets
  • Liaising with residents and clients on the telephone
  • Covering multiple inboxes across different regions
  • Managing resident complaints
  • Tracking data and regularly updating records, ensuring all defects are resolved
  • Typing schedules and lists of works
  • Potential for attending sites to carry out defects inspections (following initial training)
