We are looking to appoint a proactive and dedicated Senior Support Services Administrator to join our team in our Southampton office on a full-time basis.
The role will play a central part in the day-to-day running of our business – a leading surveying and construction consultancy – by providing high-quality administrative support across a range of projects. Generally, this will include defect coordination, document production, and liaison with clients, residents, and contractors.
Our new Senior Support Services Administrator must be a strong team player with excellent communication and organisation skills, alongside a solid working knowledge of Microsoft and Excel. You will be confident in multitasking and prioritising workloads, with a proven ability to apply proactive thinking in a fast-paced environment. A professional and methodical approach is essential, with consistently high levels of concentration and accuracy.
The role spans our joint business-wide administration and aftercare functions, offering variety and diversity in day-to-day responsibilities. In addition, you will be responsible for team line management, where you will support, organise, and coordinate the Support Services team to ensure priorities are met and standards are maintained. You will play an active role in feeding information, insights and operational updates to the Support Services Manager and contributing to workflow planning, performance and continuous improvement.
