It is a great pleasure to announce that we have been appointed on The Peabody Trust’s Consultants Framework for Site Inspector Services.

The Peabody Trust currently owns more than 20,000 homes incorporating a mix of tenures including general needs properties, supported and sheltered housing, leasehold and privately rented properties. Peabody also has a sizeable commercial property portfolio.

In addition to its Asset Management and Regeneration functions The Peabody Trust aim to deliver a programme of approximately 1000 new homes each year for the next four years. Our Clerk of Works team look forward to being part of this framework to support The Peabody Trust and their strategy.
