Rund Partnership’s sustainability team worked closely with PMC Construction and RBA Architects to assess the refurbishment of a 1900’s end of terrace house in Portsmouth, achieving an 80% reduction in the dwelling’s carbon emissions by enhanced insulation, efficient heating and renewable energy.

The BRE awarded a final ‘Excellent’ rating following a post refurbishment review of the scheme and makes this one of only 6 BREEAM domestic refurbishment pilots to have been certified at PCS.
