We are pleased to be appointed as Employer’s Agent, Clerk of Works and CDM Co-ordinator in connection with the development of the nationally recognised Littledown Leisure Centre in Bournemouth.

Bournemouth Borough Council is proposing to invest £1.2m into the Littledown Centre to create a larger state-of-the-art gym and additional fitness studios as it continues to develop its membership base. To help the council and the Centre’s operators BH Live, Rund Partnership provided the initial design from concept, co-ordinating the mechanical, electrical and structural elements of the design, as well as assisting in the resolution of the specialist fitness equipment fit out.

Works are due to start in the Autumn and expected to take around 10 months to complete. Throughout the contract, Rund will be providing Employer’s Agent, Clerk of Works and CDM Co-ordination services to ensure the project is delivered successfully on time and to budget while minimising disruption to customers and local residents.
