To celebrate the completion of the new sports hall and fitness centre at Bay House School & Sixth Form, a football tournament was recently held between Rund Partnership, school staff members and the contractor, Construction Partnership Limited. The friendly, but competitively contested tournament was won by Rund.

The sports hall and fitness centre was designed and built in accordance with Sport England and funded by the Education Funding Authority. Rund Partnership were appointed as Project Manager/Contract Administrator, Quantity Surveyor and Clerk of Works.

Bay House is a future focused school, relentless in their ambition to enable the success of their learners and staff. Built some 30 years ago, the original sports hall had become dilapidated. A successful awareness and funding campaign, driven by local support, enabled the the condemned building to be replaced. The new fantastic state-of-the-art sports hall is a facility that the school can be immensely proud of for years to come.
