With their outstanding record in development and regeneration, Rund Partnership are extremely pleased to be appointed to One Housing Group’s Employer’s Agent Consultants’ Framework over the next four years. This successful appointment demonstrates our ability to provide leading providers a truly comprehensive surveying and consultancy service.

One Housing Group anticipate delivering a significant number of units per annum through their framework across London and the South East. The framework will mainly cover the provision of new homes including affordable rented accommodation, low cost home ownership, private sale, mixed tenure schemes and some major refurbishment and regeneration.

We are delighted to be part of One Housing Group’s consultants’ team and look forward to working with them to develop high quality housing that meets local needs and provides great places to live.
