After a break of more than 20 years Local Authorities are now building their own council housing with funding from their housing revenue accounts. This seminar will look at the Local Authority strategic housing role and consider how some have responded to this opportunity to build new homes. Participants will also present the arguments for and against Local Authorities developing their own housing stock.
