Rund are pleased to have been appointed on Southern Housing Group’s £630m new development framework for Principal Designer services.

Southern Housing Group is one of the largest housing associations in the south east of England and a member of the g15, and has delivered 393 homes in 2016/17 of which 75% were affordable. Through its new development framework Southern Housing Group aims to deliver over 450 new homes every year until 2025, with projects ranging in size between five and 300 homes.

Southern Housing Group’s framework will primarily look to deliver flats and apartments, with a large proportion of one and two-bed homes. Shared ownership and private rent will be priority tenures, the Group continues to be a business with social objectives and will also continue to build homes for affordable rent.
