Abri has appointed Rund for Employer’s Agent and Clerk of Works services on a new residential project in High Wycombe.
Project Background
Abri is developing 15 affordable rented and 13 shared ownership units, with a mixture of one and two-bedroom apartments and three and four-bedroom homes at Abbey Barn Park, in a S106 led land build package deal with Berkeley Homes (Oxford & Chiltern) Limited. The residential development at Abbey Barn Park will offer convenient transport links and a tranquil setting, bordered by a new country park and woodland area.
The project will benefit from our team’s comprehensive set of skills and experience in delivering quality in construction. Our Employer’s Agent role pre-construction involves reviewing and administrating the Development Agreement between Abri and Berkeley Homes (Oxford & Chiltern) Limited, ensuring all specifications are met.
The Solution
Alongside our Employer’s Agent role, during construction, our Clerk of Works expertise will involve regular site visits to ensure first-hand adherence to all building specifications, and the highest quality standards are met in design, safety, workmanship, and installation.
Abbey Barn Park has involved detailed contract negotiation and will require intricate attention to detail during construction, so our input will be extremely valuable in helping the client achieve their desired result.
