Each home was constructed with contemporary detailing, with vaulted ceilings to create a light, welcoming space. Residents could also have convenient access to communal gardens, designed to foster a sense of community, and encourage social interactions.
Our skilled Employer’s Agents managed the building contracts from inception through to completion. We monitored costs, programmes, and quality on site, working closely with the client at all stages to ensure all specifications were being followed to exacting standards.
The homes now form part of the charity’s portfolio of 56 self-contained flats and houses, benefitting ex-service personnel from the Royal Navy, the Royal Air Force, the Army and the Merchant Navy. Each home has been funded by donations and grants from organisations including the Army Benevolent Fund, Queen Mary’s Roehampton Trust and the Talbot Village Trust.
