Our scope of work includes intricate quality monitoring, identifying any risks and defects throughout the building process and recommending corrections to help mitigate issues. This also involves checking the quality of building materials and workmanship against specifications, as well as compiling detailed reports of work.
Staying true to our renowned ‘hands-on’ approach, our role involves a frequent amount of time on site, overseeing and managing the developer’s performance.
The two-year Charter Square project will be delivered by both Clarion Housing Group and London Square Partners, the developer’s division focusing on working with registered housing providers in the public sector.
Rund is also appointed as Clerk of Works at a second site in Neasden, North West London, as part of the partnership deal between Clarion Housing Group and London Square.
