City Gateway is a 135-home scheme involving the creation of a mix of affordable housing in Bristol’s city centre, including shared ownership and social rent tenures. 56 one-bedroom and 79 two-bedroom apartments will be developed within three blocks, ranging from five to seven storeys.

Clarion Housing Group has purchased the site at City Gateway under a Land and Development Agreement with Vistry Partnerships.
Our role as Clerk of Works is instrumental in ensuring all site operations and construction works comply with the Development Agreement, Employer’s Requirements, and current legislation.
We will also ensure all works are delivered to the highest quality standards, in line with detailed specifications, budgets and timescales.
