Our role as Clerk of Works involved managing, coordinating, and facilitating the end of the rectification process. There were several issues which required attention, including increased sound transfer and disruption between apartments. We worked closely with an acoustic consultant to carry out a thorough investigation, ensuring intricate soundproofing processes were put in place to rectify the problem.
We also led various other investigations and offered practical solutions to tackle additional issues within the development, such as water ingress in the basement car park.
We ensured all works were carried out to the highest quality standards, aligning with the client’s high specification requirements.
