Build to Rent (BTR) provider, London BTR (a joint venture between Sigma Capital and EQT Exeter), has commissioned Rund’s Employer’s Agent expertise at Gallions Quarter.
Project Background

The project is a new residential development set to capitalise on the thriving private rented sector, as explored in Rund’s 2023 BTR Research Report.

The scheme, located in London’s Royal Docks, is being forward funded by London BTR and is a joint venture between Telford Homes and Notting Hill Genesis. 132 Build to Rent homes will be developed across two buildings and managed under Sigma’s BTR brand Simple Life London, in addition to 135 homes split between affordable rent and shared ownership tenures. 40% of all properties will be family-sized homes. The project will also feature high-quality amenities including 614 sqm of recreational space, landscaped courtyards, and a concierge.

The Solution

Our team will ensure the project is thoroughly assessed from feasibility through to completion. Our responsibilities include contract administration and chairing monthly meetings. We will also undertake close and consistent engagement with key stakeholders to build positive sentiment around the scheme, helping to achieve a seamless process from start to finish.
