PROJECT BACKGROUND

Grand Union, located in Alperton, will deliver 3,030 new homes as part of a six-phase development with Rund providing Employer’s Agent and Clerk of Works services across Phase One. This will involve the creation of 115 affordable homes, split between affordable rented and shared ownership tenure.

Brent Council has invested in Rund’s comprehensive services to manage successful delivery of Phase One from start to finish. Rund’s extensive scope of work includes high-quality contract administration and monitoring of costs, site quality and progress.

The development will feature a new Twisty Tails nursery, medical centre, community centre and Co-op convenience store as well as a Canalside Piazza offering cafes, bars, and restaurants.
