Peabody Trust employed Rund to provide Clerk of Works services for this new-build, private rental development in Elephant and Castle, London.
Project Background
The building, 360 London, incorporates a 44-storey tower and a 7-storey terrace and is one of the largest private rental developments in the United Kingdom, including 462 residential units with 188 of these affordable.
The Solution
Our Clerk of Works team will undertake regular site inspections on behalf of Peabody Trust to monitor the development of the works and ensure that the quality of the construction is acceptable.
