We have been involved since the project’s pre-contract stage, where we undertook research to confirm accurate costs and design specifications before developing the contract. Post-contract, we have managed various legal implications of the project including rights of way leave, easement and covenants. For example, plans needed to be made to create a diverted route for water pipework beneath the land, so we assisted in helping Clarion Housing Group reach an agreement with the contractor on how to facilitate the works.
Another key element of the project involved the preservation of SANG land – Sustainable Alternative Natural Greenspace. We helped maintain the existing ecology of a meadow behind the site, while promoting its sustainable value to residents by introducing mown paths and an extensive boardwalk to allow easy access.
We have also ensured the highest quality standards are reflected across all elements of the build, intricately monitoring all processes from commencement through to completion.
