Rund is pleased to strengthen its regional teams with three new appointments across its Birmingham and Southampton offices, supporting continued growth and enhancing the service we provide to clients across our sectors.
James Ricketts joins our Birmingham team as Assistant Surveyor, bringing over two years’ experience in consultant project management with a local construction consultancy. He has supported projects across the industrial and logistics, residential, infrastructure, healthcare and education sectors, with exposure to schemes ranging from £1m to £30m. His experience includes supporting client and design team meetings, maintaining action trackers, defect trackers and risk registers, and assisting with project reporting and coordination. James also holds a First-Class Honours degree in Construction Project Management and is working towards RICS chartership.
Kelly Crompton joins our Southampton team as Support Services Administrator, bringing over nine years’ experience in customer service, administration, scheduling and project coordination, with a strong track record of supporting customers, colleagues, and field-based teams in fast-paced environments. She has managed customer enquiries, orders, service migrations, diaries, purchase orders and project schedules, while maintaining high standards of accuracy, organisation, and communication. Her experience across telecommunications, financial services and project support has developed her strengths in problem-solving, workload management, attention to detail and delivering responsive support - all of which will be valuable in her new role within our Support Services team.
Angel Smith also joins our Southampton team as Support Services Administrator, bringing a background in business administration, education and NHS property/estates support. Through these roles, she has gained experience in managing records, handling project-related documentation, coordinating with stakeholders, and supporting compliance processes. Angel is now hoping to build further experience within our Support Services environment and learn more about the construction industry.
These appointments reflect Rund’s ongoing commitment to investing in skilled people and strengthening our regional presence, helping us continue to deliver responsive, high-quality support for clients and project teams.
