Rund’s commitment to delivering quality in construction has been recognised again as it celebrates a new appointment by Abri (formerly Radian Group) on a new residential project in High Wycombe.

Abri is developing 15 affordable rented and 13 shared ownership units, with a mixture of one and two-bedroom apartments and three and four-bedroom homes at Abbey Barn Park, in a S106 led land build package deal with Berkeley Homes (Oxford & Chiltern) Limited. The residential development at Abbey Barn Park will offer a tranquil setting, bordered by a new country park and woodland area.

The project will benefit from our team’s comprehensive set of skills and experience in delivering quality in construction. Our Employer’s Agent role pre-construction involves reviewing and administrating the Development Agreement between Abri and Berkeley Homes (Oxford & Chiltern) Limited, ensuring all specifications are met.

Alongside our Employer’s Agent role, during construction, our Clerk of Works expertise will involve regular site visits to ensure first-hand adherence to all building specifications, and the highest quality standards are met in design, safety, workmanship, and installation.
