Our Staff Away Day this year falls on World Mental Health Day (10th October) and the beginning of National Work Life Week (10th – 14th October).
All our social events are centred around improving wellbeing, allowing employees a chance to take some time away from work responsibilities, relax and have fun with colleagues.
We believe bringing employees together in an informal setting adds many benefits to working lifestyles – building trust, confidence, and creating an enjoyable environment which helps boost overall wellbeing at work.
Staff Away Days also reflect our One Rund mentality, providing the perfect opportunity for people from different offices to get to know one another. Our core value, Collaboration is reflective across our whole company – not just within individual offices.
Every year, we think of new and engaging ways for everyone to connect with one another on our Staff Away Days. Previous years have seen a whole host of fun team building activities, including a ‘Digital Combat’ experience, canoeing, rock climbing, and cycling around the New Forest.
With a host of exciting team building activities on offer, from water orbs to rafting, this year’s Staff Away Day promises to be another memorable experience in our 35th year of business.
