As 2019 comes to an end, we are pleased to confirm our appointment to Catalyst Housing’s Framework for principal designers and our approval onto Places for People’s Dynamic Purchasing System for construction consultants covering, but not limited to, employer’s agents, project management, cost management and construction, design and management (CDM) services.

Catalyst, a member of the G15 group of London Housing Associations, provides more than 21,000 homes in London and the South East and our health and safety advisers will be ensuring they adopt an effective approach to safety, compliance and risk management over this four-year framework agreement.

Dynamic Purchasing Systems (DPS) are growing in popularity, especially within the residential sector and our inclusion on Places for People’s DPS for construction consultants adds to other systems we are approved on. Through these systems, we are offering clients our full, multi-disciplined range of surveying and construction consultancy services, including building consultancy, project management, cost consultancy, employer’s agent, contract administration, clerk of works, site inspection, health and safety and sustainability.
