Rund Partnership has introduced two new team members to its London team this week who each bring a strong portfolio of experience from working in the property and construction industry – Faron Culver as Clerk of Works and William Taylor as Senior Surveyor.

Faron has worked in the property and construction industry for more than 25 years and joins us following his role as Site Manager at Bellway Homes. He played an instrumental role in implementing exceptional quality build standards across projects, helping Bellway Homes uphold its status as a five-star housebuilder (as rated by the Home Builders Federation).

Faron looks forward to sharing his knowledge and expertise, particularly in health and safety practices with the wider team to help enhance our existing strong Clerk of Works offering.

William has 17 years’ experience from working in the property and construction industry and is a member of the Association of Project Management. Prior to Rund, he worked as Senior Project Manager and Employer’s Agent at Frankham Consultancy Group. His role involved working across major residential, education and retail schemes worth up to £50m, with his responsibilities including procurement, contract administration and dispute resolution.

William is looking forward to forging strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients at Rund, and helping us expand our new business pipeline across the UK.
