Yesterday marked the end of the UKREiiF Annual Event 2024 in Leeds, which our Managing Director, Richard Mussell and Executive Director, Paul Belfield were delighted to attend.
Over 12,000 attendees were present at the prestigious Royal Armouries Leeds, with the guest list including a range of leading developers, local authorities, and investors. We were delighted to attend the conference once again, which, year on year, looks to connect people, places, and businesses to accelerate and unlock sustainable, inclusive, and transformational investment.
Increasingly, we are seeing a focus on partnership approaches to development opportunities, particularly resonating in the Joint Venture market where public and private partnerships are rapidly gaining interest from developers and investors alike. A key theme for 2024 was using these partnerships to accelerate the regeneration of brownfield sites, enhancing local social and economic activity and creating vibrant, sustainable communities through collaborative, well-informed efforts.
Overall, a fantastic event once again – providing an unrivalled opportunity to catch up with both new and existing industry colleagues and gain valuable insight into the current market trajectory, ensuring our continued assistance to clients in their growth and placemaking strategies.
