Rund is further enhancing its acclaimed Aftercare service by welcoming a new Assistant Aftercare Administrator to its team.

Natalie Hayball has more than 10 years of administrative experience across multiple sectors including retail, charity, and wealth management. She has a Level 3 qualification in UK Financial Services, Regulations and Ethics, accredited by the Chartered Insurance Institute.

Natalie has a strong background in customer service. Her previous roles include Customer Service Advisor at multinational wealth management company, Old Mutual Wealth (now known as Quilter) and Top Level Customer Service Assistant at Arcadia Group Ltd.
