We are delighted to welcome two new starters today, Mark Leung and Khubaib Barrow. Mark joins the London office as Senior Surveyor (PM) and Khubaib joins the Birmingham office as Surveyor (PM).

Mark has over 20 years of programme and project management experience in the real estate industry on a variety of projects including residential developments, commercial complexes, schools, and banks.

Mark joins us from a leading consultancy, where he worked as Associate Director. In this role, Mark led different project teams and held responsibility for stakeholder management, strategic planning, quality, and risk management, always ensuring high-quality work and client satisfaction. Recently, Mark’s work has included a new build development for a 25-storey flagship commercial building project.

Our new starter in Birmingham, Khubaib, has a degree in Architecture and a Masters in Construction Project Management. With over 5 years’ experience providing Project Management services in the residential, manufacturing, healthcare, and retail sectors, Khubaib has refined skills in managing and coordinating multiple stakeholders and contractors, as well as strong budgeting and risk management skills.

Khubaib joins us from a construction cost and project management consultancy, where he refined his project management experience, focusing on site development and acquisition. Highlights from Khubaib’s portfolio include an £80 million high-rise luxury residential development, to which he applied meticulous attention to design and programme to facilitate a flawless handover.

We are very excited about the arrival of Mark and Khubaib, who will enrich our Project Management team with their experience, skill, and enthusiasm.
