Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing (MTVH) has selected Rund as a consultancy partner on its new framework, covering London, the Midlands, and the South East.

The framework covers MTVH’s extensive development programme. This includes joint ventures, land acquisition, the redevelopment of existing assets, regeneration, and Section 106 agreements. Our team at Rund will draw on more than three decades of experience from working across such areas, providing a range of consultancy services to support the programme.

Housing associations Metropolitan and Thames Valley Housing formally completed a partnership to form Metropolitan Thames Valley in 2018. The new framework has been created to support the company’s ambitious plans to deliver circa 2,000 high-quality, affordable homes per year.
