Rund is continuing to strengthen its expert surveying team by welcoming two new Senior Surveyors to its London office this week.

Alex Barry has worked in the construction industry for five years and has an MSc degree in Quantity Surveying. He joins us following his role as Development Manager at SUSD Limited – a specialist sustainable developer in London. His responsibilities included project monitoring, preparing detailed cost estimates, and stakeholder engagement.

Jamie Alnaimi has nine years’ construction industry experience, with an RICS Certificate in Construction Project Management. Prior to Rund, he worked as Project Manager at Thompson Cole Ltd where he worked across residential and commercial projects. Among his duties, he managed project teams, undertook valuations, while carrying out contract administration and contractor monitoring.
