Rund’s 2024 Graduate Programme welcomes new recruit

Rund is continuing to invest in early career development for aspiring surveyors by welcoming a new Graduate Surveyor, Arun Hunjan, at our London office.

Arun joins Rund following the completion of his Geography degree at Loughborough University. Over the course of his degree, he developed an interest in the property sector through an internship with a leading shared ownership property provider, and, more recently, a placement year with an established real estate provider as Surveying Executive. Here, he worked alongside the Development Valuation Team within the Affordable Housing division, conducting thorough market research and analysis, gaining experience in the use of the Development Valuation Model (DVM) for the provision of accurate valuation advice, and liaising with a range of clients to identify and understand their proposed development requirements in order to provide tailored valuation advice.

We are delighted to welcome another new graduate into our 2024 Graduate Programme, which will provide Arun and our other graduates the opportunity to immerse themselves in our multidisciplined construction consultancy services and exciting pipeline of development projects. Through our Graduate Programme, we offer hands-on experience working alongside our industry experts, supporting our graduates in developing their skills in project management, cost control, and contract administration.

We are incredibly excited to support Arun’s growth as he contributes to delivering high-quality outcomes for our clients, as we support the enhancement of his knowledge and expertise at this early stage of his surveying career.
