Peabody has completed a full refurbishment of its corporate office following Rund’s provision of expert Quantity Surveying and Employer’s Agent services.

The office, located in Ealing Gateway, has been reinvigorated to accommodate a hybrid working environment. The space, previously 4 floors, has been condensed to one floor to help create a more inclusive team atmosphere. Works included high-quality internal refurbishments, with the installation of new furniture, café workspace, AV equipment and partition walls.

Our scope of work included value management, as we ensured all materials and construction methods were both cost-effective and delivered on quality. Our expert Quantity Surveyors identified and closely reviewed different options, helping Peabody make informed decisions to meet their objectives. We also prepared feasibility cost estimates, and managed contract negotiations.
